My dongle was working until 3 days ago. I got the 'blue screen of death' and when my laptop restarted, the dongle stopped working. There are no drivers to download on huawei website for this dongle. It starts automatically and goes to website 192.168.8.1.when it gets there, I get ERRCONNECTIONRESET on Chrome and website unavailable on Microsoft EDGE.When I ping the address 192.168.8.1, there are no errors. I have tried the following:. hardware troubleshoot option and it didn't find any errors. different USB ports and still not working.
