The biggest totally free game fix & trainer library online for PC Games https://gamecopyworld.com. When Morten launches the game, even from uPlay, it opens in Steam. And he has a limited function game. He has fewer choices within Settlers 7 in the upper left menu and when he presses Contacts (the face) he gets the uPlay menu, instead of the ingame settlers friends menu. So when he adds me as friend there, it still doesn't show up ingame. The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom brings a fresh, innovative design to the franchise, while reintroducing the strong game mechanics and deep gameplay that are hallmarks of the highly acclaimed Settlers series.
The Gold Edition includes an Exclusive Map, Castle forge elements allowing players to make their cities unique and customize their castles: 1 gate, 2 windows, 1 bay, 1 balcony and 1 gargoyle, PLUS the complete soundtrack of the game. 1) - Enormous Advantage2) - Castle Elements3) - The Crushed MirrorAnyway. These are in the store and blue.
But if you click on them they say.Item LockedThis item is currently locked. To unlock the item open uplay browser in the main menuAll the other items are grayed out as I do not have enough coin to buy them. So this is different from the item being disabled as you can not afford it.Now in the main menu there is a button that says uplay. If you hover over it it says.exit the game and enter uplayIf i click this the game shuts down, but nothing else happens. I assume as my default browser is opera.Anyway. Doesn't matter I go to the uplay website, it recognizes me and I can access my profile and everything but I can not for the life of me see where i can active these things.Q: Can someone please help me with these three blue options on how I access them in uplay. Thanks in advance-Jyujinkai. Unless you have figured it out by now this is one way to do it.
Those Unlocks are unlocked by achievements through Uplay and not with the in game currency.Basically you log on to Uplay through Uplay.com you will see a bar with buttons saying 'win', 'Share', 'Help' etc.1.Hover over Win and select Actions & Rewards from the drop down menu.2. Select Settlers 73. You will see a bunch of rewards that costs various amounts of U credits or whatever you want to call them, Choose the rewards yo want, MAP, forge etc.ENJOYHope this helped you a little bit.
Originally posted by SherifFuzzy:You have to play the game and earn achievments in the game. Playing against the AI in skirmish and online will get you enough to get the extra content. I played through AC2 and didn't use the points for AC2 uplay. Wasn't worth it, so i saved it up for Settlers 7. Now i always have the tallest tower.I appreciate your response but I do not believe you understand our issue. Those of us who purchased the game on steam had the option of paying 10 additional dollars for the game to unlock some in game items and also get the soundtrack. If I have to unlock the crap then you can keep the soundtrack and give me my 10 dollars back as there is no reason to purchase the gold edition.
If you got the game from steam then you already have the extra stuff unlocked.Even before you earn any gold and buy stuff from the shop, you'll see a bunch of castle forge elements already purchased, these are the gold edition rewards. You'll also have a map unlocked right from the start known as 'the hub'. This is the gold edition free map.The soundtrack is in your steam games folder, 'C:Program Files (x86)Steamsteamappscommonthe settlers 7 paths to a kingdomThe Settlers 7 - Soundtrack'If you used your gold edition CD key you got from steam when first launched it from the UBI launcher, these things will already be unlocked. The 3 things that appear in the shop with the blue backgrould are not the gold edition rewards, those will remain locked and you will need to unlock them with the u-play points.
Is there any difference between Steam and Uplay versions of the game? Reviews on Steam are mixed because of Uplay implementation (?), but it looks like for some people the game is working with no problems.
Also Steam version is 'Deluxe Gold Edition' and it's not obvious what version Uplay is selling.Upd 29.12.17: ok, I bought it on Steam. The game is playable-ish (it doesn't like Aero (Win7) and alt-tabbing). It requires Ubisoft Launcher and link the game to the Uplay account, but, funny thing - it's impossible to play/launch the game without Steam. There is no option on Uplay to launch the game or 'locate installed game' (like with some other Uplay games), instead there is 'download' button, which open Steam and redirect to (in my case it's 'This item is currently unavailable in your region', lol). Also, there are 2 Community Hubs for the game -.
